There is a little secretary, called your subconscious sitting on your shoulder, always taking notes about what you’re believing. Even if you’re speaking, the positive affirmations, and quoting the affirming Scriptures, if your beliefs your heart (mind) are going in a different direction, then that is where your life will stay, or end up.
The scripture says, be transformed by the renewing of your minds (heart). Romans 12:2 . That means you and your situation will be changed when your beliefs change.
It’s like the kid in detention that has to write over and over again:
I will not talk…
I will not talk…
I will not talk…
– that doesn’t change him. (Never worked for me 😁)
What’s changes this child would be the shift and belief. To actually respect and value what’s really on the line if he doesn’t stop talking in class.
So you have the power to stop making all of the affirmations, you can close the books, and just really take a look at what you’re believing - and make that shift! ✨
Ask God to “search your heart” Psalms 139:23. Ask Him to show you the ridiculousness that you are believing about my life or situation…
Because if not, your subconscious has no problem taking simple orders to keep you right there - stuck!
